A: FAQ is an acronym for "frequently asked questions."
Q: Do you do in home repair? A: Yes, No need to undo all those complicated wires and take your computer to town. I come to you and if the repair is time consuming, such as Spyware removal I pick up you computer, clean it and return it to you with in 48 hours.
Q: I think I need a new computer, what should I buy? A: I get this question a lot. If your computer is 5 years old and is having problems, running slow, not starting, or making noises, I usually recommend a new computer. With the price of computers today sometimes it doesn't make sence to fix them. Unfortuanately seniors don't like change but I will do my best to get you started with your new computer, including transfering your files such as pictures and documents.
